I’ve been having the hardest time trying to find a way to take in this kind of protein because of its thick substance! I tried making a smoothie (too thick), ice cream (that was a huge fail), and 2 cake recipes. One of my good friends gave me this recipe from a professional body builder named Amanda Latona. It’s the only edible food I’ve made with Casein protein in it! So far, so good!


1 scoop ON Casein protein (any brand will do), unsweetened almond milk (to the consistency you want), 1/3 tsp sodium and gluten free baking powder, 1 tb coconut flour, 2 egg whites, and 1 tb ocoa powder

Directions: Mix together and microwave for 1-1:30 minutes! Easy and simple! 

I still want to make the taste a little bit better! Try adding dark chocolate chips or peanut butter in the middle. Or… add a fat free Skinny Cow! :P
